Among the “Outdoor Training” courses, those that take place on the sailboats have proved to be the most effective within the field of “Team Building” techniques in assessing one’s aptitude in the attainment of both personal and group goals, increasing the cohesion of the participants, and bringing out talents or possible leadership.
An experience onboard a sailboat is an apt metaphor
of the professional and private reality as the participants must
make effective decisions quickly, be able to organize people for
different roles, watch their opponents during the regatta, all skills
required in the working world.
Our company places brand-new boats, excellent skippers, and equipped rooms at your disposal to be able to better organize these types of courses, whether it be for theory or practice.
